In Kerlin it is also possible to book the rooms by the month (from one month to six months). The perfect place for extended or project-based business trips, a “staycation” or a semester abroad!
Rooms from 750€, weekly cleaning included. Studios with kitchen from 1500€, weekly cleaning included. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. For each room there is a security deposit in the same amount as the rent.

How does check-in work?
This is how our check-in works: After you have completed and paid for your booking, we will send you an e-mail one day before arrival with a link for online check-in as well as a code. Click on this link to fill out the online check-in! The check-in is then completed. All you need then to enter the hotel and your room is the code we sent you in the email with. With this code you can get the key card. The key card allows access to the hotel as well as to the room. Alternatively, you can also download our app (Kerlin – Android and iOS compatible) and register there to receive the key directly on your cell phone. This digitalized check-in process saves you time and you can arrive flexibly, around the clock!
How does the check-out work?
Since the room was paid for before arrival, the card is simply put back into the key machine on check-out day!
I need another key card or have lost mine, where can I get one?
Enter the code again at the key machine and you will receive a replacement card or a 2nd card (if there are 2 people in the room) or a 3rd card (if there are 3 people in the room).
If there is no reception desk, who can I contact if I have questions or problems?
We are available daily by bell at the entrance door, by phone, contact form via the digital guest folder, by e-mail or whatsapp (for this please just scan the QR code in the room on the desk). Furthermore, our on-site cleaning staff can also be contacted with any questions or problems.
