In 2005 we started as "Hotel Alexander" and in 2020 we shall continue as "Boutique Hotel Kerlin".
We still remain an owner & family-run hotel but it was time for a "wind of change".

The Kerlin right in the Berlin center, next to Kurfürstendamm is a unique Boutique-Hotel that offers individual service.
The Rooms
Junior Suite with balcony
Our Junior Suite is 25m² in size, equipped with a bathroom (shower, toilet and hairdryer), desk with chair, safe, flat screen TV, wardrobe and a sitting area. Ther suite offers a king size bed. The balcony is equipped with another seating area and overlooks the green neighborhood.
Triple bed room
Our triple rooms are between 25 m² and 32 m² big, with an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and hairdryer), desk with chair, flat screen TV, wardrobe and a sitting area. The triple bed rooms are equipped with 2 twin beds with a width of 160-180 cm and an additional single bed with the standard dimensions 90 x 190 cm.
